Hi. I’m Miss Chris.

I am a retired Army Veteran who has worked in the medical field as a Physician Associate (PA) since 2008. I am a mountain climber, world traveler, dog mom, and wife. I am a certified Three Pillars Coach and use the Three Pillars Method to help you work toward your health, performance, or body composition goals. I will help you to succeed in the short term and long term. At Miss Chris we focus on the PROCESS, and develop the tools for you to navigate nutritional situations in the future. I do not believe in restriction, 30 day transformations, fad diets, or excessive cardio; but instead focus on fresh fruits and vegetables, lean protein, and the things we can ADD to our days to improve overall health and wellness. I can relate. I struggled with my weight and fitness for years. I know what it means to feel uncomfortable in my body and not know where to begin.

In my role as a clinician I learned about individual variation and how to blend compassion with objectivity. Transitioning to nutrition coaching allows me to continue the aspects of clinical medicine I cherish – close client interaction, relationship building, and knowledge-based guidance – while escaping the constraints of time limitations and administrative duties. Although Miss Chris is not operated under my medical license, my training allows me to recognize when something is not normal and may merit a visit to your medical provider.
