It’s time for a realistic diet. At Miss Chris we believe in a diet free of restriction and strict rules. We believe in a diet that works with busy lives. We believe in a diet that is sustainable, and that finally gets you the results you’ve been working so hard for.

We use the Three Pillars Method to create a lasting plan to reach and maintain your nutritional goals.

Pillar 1

Adequate Quality. Eating whole unprocessed foods to get enough vitamins, minerals, fiber, and health-protective compounds like phytochemical. Adding six cups of the fruits and veggies of your choice each day to your diet does this.

Pillar 2

Adequate Protein. It’s time to add lean protein to the mix! This will help build muscle, support your hormones and immune system, and keep you feeling full for longer. We still get our 800g a day, but this pillar is focused on that protein powerhouse! 

Pillar 3

Caloric Control. This requires weighing and measuring everything you eat to hit certain macronutrient targets. It’s a necessary step if you have not yet reached your weight, health or fitness goals with Pillar 1 and Pillar 2.
